THE BEST BANANA BREAD (VIRAL)
This banana bread went viral on my Instagram, and there is one explanation to that: it is super easy, a one-bowl recipe, that is insanely moist and full of flavor! It is so difficult to come across loaves that are moist and soft. More times than not, they are extremely dry and bland or just too dense that you can not really enjoy it. I wanted a recipe that was both quick and easy, since banana bread is one of the most baked desserts, and moist and soft. Everyone always has ripe bananas sitting around on their counters; yet no one wants to spend lots of time baking a delicious loaf/muffins. Therefore, I created this one-bowl recipe where you simple throw all ingredients into a big bowl and mix it together, without having to worry about the order in which you add them or if it will turn out great.
This is the most requested recipe and there’s not doubt that it will satisfy everyone’s banana bread cravings. I have been baking this recipe for years now and has never once disappointed family and friends. I know a lot of people get worried about texture and taste and not being able to taste the banana flavor in banana bread because of the amount of flour and other ingredients; this recipe is extremely moist and created so that the banana flavor stands out and lives up to its name. When recipes are created and the title of the recipe has a specific flavor or name the main ingredient that a person should taste is that ingredient. Therefore, I know these will make everyone’s taste buds jump for joy!
TIPS
ONE BOWL RECIPE – this is exactly how it sounds, it is a one-bowl recipe where you throw all the ingredients into a large bowl, whisk it all together and bake it. It’s super simple and easy and that’s exactly what I was going for. I’m not sure about you guys, but I always have ripe bananas laying around so this recipe is being made a few times a month, at the very least.
HIGH QUALITY CHOCOLATE – always use a high quality chocolate it will add a rich and deep chocolate flavor that goes well with the bananas. They bake batter and taste better. I typically use a bar of Ghirardelli or my local Whole Foods always sells Valrhona bars wrapped in plastic wrap.
ADD WHATEVER YOU LIKE – I typically always put chocolate chips/chunks but just about anything can be added to this – i.e. nuts, Nutella, M&Ms, and can even make it a double chocolate banana bread loaf by adding cocoa powder.
This will easily be your new favorite recipe, and I am sure of it! It can be made into muffins as well with some streusel topping, with or without chocolate chunks, nuts etc. It’s just the right sweetness with tons of banana flavor and topped with a rich chocolate. It is insanely moist that melts in your mouth with the most perfect soft and fluffy texture. Banana bread was probably one of my first desserts I fell in love with and is such a classic that everyone deserves a great recipe in their kitchen.

hi mam , what can be substitute for egg for eggless
sugaredkneads
I am not quite sure I do not usually bake eggless desserts. I know some grocery stores sell egg replacement containers. A lot of people also have used flax seed mixed with water, or add more mashed bananas, or use yogurt or applesauce etc. Hope this helps 🙂
