BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Chocolate Chip Cookies are the ultimate dessert, I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like them. They are typically the first dessert you try as a child, and the one you grow up around, constantly eating; whether its from a package, bakery or homemade, they are THE BEST DESSERT. This will be your new go-to homemade brown butter chocolate chip recipe, I promise you!
Brown Butter has a distinct flavor that is both a deeper richer flavor with a nuttier taste and aroma. This isn’t to say it makes your cookies taste stronger but it definitely gives them more depth and a lot more flavorful. These will easily become a favorite; they are gooey, melty, and chocolatey with a little bit of crisp on the outside. Could eat these like popcorn, so be aware.
